Blake Lively: Elle Style Awards 2011

Blake Lively rocks with a bold blue dress by Emilio Pucci, as the Elle Style ceremony, held in the Grand Connaught Rooms on Monday (February 14) in London, England.

The 23-year-old Gossip Girl actress has won the award for best TV star in the star-studded show, which was developed by British fashionista Alexa Chung won organized.

Blake, who brought her sister as her date, completed her look with Louboutin heels magenta.
